• 12 month manufacturer warranty on awning and tent, awning carriage, awning poles and tent poles. 
• 5 year manufacturer warranty on tent canvas and awning canvas.  
• 2 year manufacturer warranty on tent floor PVC fabric.

Warranty covers each product against defects in workmanship and materials ,warranty does NOT cover scratches, abrasions, breakage or damage caused by adverse weather, wind, wear and tear, incorrect set up/installation or misuse of the product.

 The awning has a large surface area which, with a sudden gust, could cause damage. The awning is designed as a shade and light weather protector for use during general camping conditions.

We highly recommend that it is pegged down at all times and ensure all guy ropes are anchored correctly.  This may need to be re-adjusted constantly depending on your conditions. Do not erect during extreme windy/gusty conditions. Any damage caused from wind and /or adverse weather will not be covered under warranty.

Any approved repairs that may need to be carried out may only be done by the manufacturer or the service team at No Wukka Shades. In the case of international customers, if a repair cannot be made in Australia, then No Wukka Shades will liaise with a local authorised manufacturer to have the item repaired. Goods are only warranted for defects in manufacturing. The standard warranty across our products is 12 months unless otherwise specified.

No Wukka Shades product Warranty does NOT cover:

Damage resulting from improper use (not using tie down ropes in high winds, incorrect closure or improper use)

Damaged caused by animals, weather conditions, installation by the customer or third party installer. Wear and tear of general use.
