SHIPPING POLICY


ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP - 36 Lanes Road, Wongawallan Queensland 4210. Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am AEST. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING - Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 8 days using TransDirect. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: No Wukka Shades utilises a flat rate shipping to Australia only.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL) – What Does This Mean?
Our deliveries are tracked which allows you to track the whereabouts of your items purchased.
Upon delivery (or attempted delivery), you can choose what happens if no one is at the shipping address when the courier attempts to deliver your order.
If you choose ‘no‘ for ‘Authority to Leave’ then the courier will put a card in your post box indicating which local depot you can collect your items from - personal ID will be required upon collection.

Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions
If you have selected ATL, our shipping agent will leave your parcel at your premises in accordance with your instructions. Please note that the driver may not require a signature often he/she will not try to obtain one so parcels may be delivered without knocking/ringing.

Therefore, You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.

No Wukka Shades and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from an Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release No Wukka Shades from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

If you do not give Authority to Leave, Please note you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur otherwise incur a re-delivery fee if the delivery is unsuccessful.

Due to new costs being introduced by couriers, we generally do not redeliver if there is a futile delivery attempt at your address. Your package will be held at your local depot available for pickup. Your package can be redelivered but it will be charged at a minimum cost of $15/redelivery and please note that the couriers have a 48- hour turnaround time for redeliveries to be actioned. If you are unable to be home due to work commitments, we always recommend that you put your business address as your delivery address to ensure successful delivery.

Please note that ATL (Authority to Leave) deliveries cannot be insured.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 
We do not accept returns for change of mind, fault/damage caused by incorrect installation or if the product is the incorrect size/fit for your vehicle (all dimensions and installation information is on our website). All return requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis. 

All sales are final on our Products, except where:

  • a Product is faulty;
  • if a Product does not do what it is supposed to do;
  • if incorrect Products were dispatched from us; or
  • if otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or if you purchased the wrong awning for your vehicle (except as required under Australian Consumer Law).
