Refund policy
RETURNS ---- We do not accept returns for change of mind, fault/damage caused by incorrect installation or if the product is the incorrect size/fit for your vehicle (all dimensions and installation information is on our website). All return requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
All sales are final on our Products, except where:

a Product is faulty;
-
if a Product does not do what it is supposed to do;
-
if incorrect Products were dispatched from us; or
-
if otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or if you purchased the wrong awning for your vehicle (except as required under Australian Consumer Law).
Please contact info@nowukkashades.com if you have a return enquiry, with details of your return and proof of purchase.
If the Australian Consumer Law does not apply, we will rectify our failure to deliver the Products in the quantity or description of your order, if:

you notify us of the failure within 7 days of the delivery giving us the details we request;

you have not damaged or used the Products; and
-
the Products are in a new condition and in original packaging.
REFUNDS
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

Product is defective

Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Please contact info@nowukkashades.com if you have a refund enquiry, with details of your return and proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nowukkashades.com.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 36 Lanes Road, Wongawallan, QLD, 4210, Australia. If your return or refund request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Faulty, Damages and Issues
Our products are made to the highest quality, although should you have any issues with the workmanship of our items, or a faulty product please contact us via email: info@nowukkashades.com
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or if you purchased the wrong awning for your vehicle (except as required under Australian Consumer Law).
Incorrect Supply

Contact our warehouse team via email info@nowukkashades.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you have received the incorrect product.

We will not accept items that are not as purchased (have been used, washed, have damage and /or damaged packaging). Once we have been notified the item has been shipped, we will dispatch the correct item.
Missing Items

If you are missing an item from your order please contact our warehouse team via email on info@nowukkashades.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will dispatch the missing item ASAP based on stock availability.
